According to Varaha Purana, whoever touches a Dwarka Shila / Dwarka Stone / Dvaravati Stone with the mark of a Vishnu-Chakra will become free of all sins. As per the Garuda Purana, simply the Darshana of all Dwaraka-Shila i.e. Exotic Dwarka Shila & Auspicious Dwarka Shila fulfils all the wishes & desires. The Skanda Purana also declares that if a very sinful man worships a Dwaraka-Shila without any doubt and with devotion, or even without devotion, he becomes free from all the sinful reactions. As per the Dwaraka Mahatmya, Shila marked with Chakras coming from Dwaraka is called Chakra-Tirtha. According to Brahma Purana worshipping of Dwarka Shilas alongside Shaligrama Shilas bestows the worshippers with liberation, brings religious thinking, gives one respect equal to Lord Indra, economic development, all sorts of enjoyment, worldly comforts, will give one beauty and wealth, remove the fear of birth and death, kingship, gives fame and a continuation of your dynasty, gives sons, lordship, grandsons, power, wealth, peace, extreme protection & Vaikuntha Dhama.
According to the Prahlada Samhita, Dvaraka Shila / Dwarka Stone with one prominent Wheel (Chakra) is known as Sudarshana Dwarka Shila. Whereas the Shila with two Chakras is Lakshmi-Narayana Shila, and one with three Chakras is Trivikrama Dwarka Shila. The Shila marked with four Chakras is Janardana Dwarka Shila, with five Chakras is Vasudeva, with six Chakras is Pradyumna, and with seven Chakras is Baladeva Dwarka Shila. Shila that has eight Chakras is called Purushottama, with nine Chakras Navavyuha Dwarka Shila, with ten Chakras is Dashmurti & with eleven Chakras is Aniruddha Shila. Shila with twelve Chakras is Dvadasatmaka, and one with more than twelve Chakras is known as Ananta Dwarka Shila. You can also predict the type of this Shila by observing it shape.
